Please note our policy: Items may be returned for exchange for an IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not return any SALE or "FINAL SALE" items, as it is unable to be returned or exchanged and you will not be given a store credit.
FINAL SALE items are: All handbags, Belts, Shoes, Boots, Flip-Flops, Bathing Suits, Underwear, Jewelry, Accessories, Tights, Hosiery, Intimate Apparel, Gloves, Hats, Headbands and Scarves as well as any SALE OR SPECIAL ORDERS (i.e. any printed/transfer shirts) merchandise. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt and we will provide you with a store credit, good for 1 year, or exchange, less shipping costs.
We are NOT responsible for lost packages.
Items received after the 7 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted.
We will notify you when we have processed and received your exchange. If you are granted a refund for any reason, please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be processed. Items returned must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, tickets, hangtags, etc..including the original invoice. IconClothingInc.com will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.
Please be sure to include your Order ID and name on the outside of your return package. The Order ID can be found on the invoice. Pack your merchandise with care and we strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit; Icon Clothing cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit or damaged due to improper packaging.

All graphic print apparel is custom made upon order and could take up to 14-21 business days prior to shipment during our busy times. Depending on the volume of orders, your item can take up to 7 business days to ship. Please contact us if you need your item by a specific date to make sure we can accommodate your request. Your item may ship in several different shipments if you have a variety of items including pre-order items, custom made items and in-stock items. Most in stock items ship with 48 business hours.
Occasionally, we will confirm your delivery time, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times. Items ship as they become available. Once the item leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you choose on the Checkout page determines when shipped items will deliver to your shipping address.
Pre-Orders: Pre-Ordering allows you to reserve your item because it's NEW or it's a re-stocked item that sells out quickly. Ship time varies for each item. Please email with any questions prior to purchase or visit our Pre-Order information page.
Shipment Notification Email: We'll send a Shipment Notification email when your item/items ship. The Shipment Notification email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and an estimated delivery date through the shipping carrier. You can click the tracking number link to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to appear on the carrier's website. Make sure you add Icon Clothing to your safe sender list, so you don't miss your tracking email.
Ship-To Locations: We ship WORLDWIDE!
Order Tracking: You will receive an order confirmation email after your order has been placed and you will receive a shipment email notification once your item has been prepared for shipment or has been shipped. You can track your package by clicking the link in the email with your tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 48hrs or longer for after the package leaves our warehouse for the tracking information to appear in the shipment tracking system with the carrier.
